- To set up a cooperative network with foreign private groups working for the printed electronics industry (such as OE-A)
- To host the International Conference on Flexible and Printed Electronics (ICFPE) (Conference held in Korea, China, Taiwan, and Japan in rotation)
- To cooperate with major groups from world-leading countries in the printed electronics industry
- To serve as a non-governmental diplomatic corps related to printed electronics
- To make global collaboration with businesses related to printed electronics
- To accredit a mission to advance to the global market and host global forums
