- To promote communication on the technology and the development of the industry among members
- To research and lead the technology development such as a road map for printed electronics
- To provide educational opportunities by means of domestic/foreign academic workshops
- To segment research groups and encourage them to conduct vibrant research
- To cooperate with international institutions such as OE-A and related academic associations in Japan
- To contribute to development of the printed electronics industry and diffusion of technology
- To train experts and improve welfare of mankind
